2.2 We commit to handling all items with the utmost care and professionalism, as reasonably expected of a professional laundry service.

2.3 Services offered include (but are not limited to): washing, drying, ironing, and dry cleaning.

3. Turnaround Time

4.3 Customers are responsible for notifying us of any special care instructions or concerns about specific items.

5. Care of Garments

5.1 We follow the care instructions on garment labels. If no label is present or the label instructions are unclear, we will proceed with the cleaning method we deem most appropriate.

5.2 Mr. Jeff Laundry Rivonia will not be liable for damage to items that result from following incorrect care instructions provided by the customer or from the absence of care labels.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

6.1 In the event that an item is lost or damaged while in our care, we will compensate the customer with a refund based on the current market value of the item, taking into account its age and condition at the time of receipt.

6.2 Our liability for any loss or damage to any item is limited to a maximum of [insert amount] per item.

6.3 Customers must report any missing or damaged items within 48 hours of receiving their laundry. Claims made after this period will not be considered.

7. Uncollected Items

8.2 Prices are as listed at the time of order placement, and any changes in pricing will not affect existing orders unless there is a mutual agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Mr. Jeff Laundry Rivonia is not responsible for damage caused by the deterioration of fabrics due to age, previous treatment, or manufacturing defects.

9.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or loss of business.

9.3 In the case of force majeure events (such as floods, fires, strikes, or any other events beyond our control), our liability is limited to returning any affected items to the customer without further compensation.

10. Customer Obligations

10.1 Customers must ensure all items given for cleaning are free from valuable items, including money, jewellery, or electronic devices. Mr. Jeff Laundry Rivonia will not be liable for any loss of such items.

10.2 Customers are required to accurately declare any special fabrics or garments that require specific care to prevent damage.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Any complaints regarding the quality of service must be reported to Mr. Jeff Laundry Rivonia within 48 hours of receiving the cleaned items.

11.2 We aim to resolve disputes amicably; however, if this is not possible, disputes will be referred to the relevant legal authorities for resolution.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

13. Privacy Policy

13.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided to us will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
